Elizabeth Swift is a compassionate and experienced Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to guiding individuals through the complexities of trauma, PTSD, and life transitions. Elizabeth earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Pennsylvania State University and a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from Delaware Valley University. Licensed in Nevada, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, Elizabeth's therapeutic approach incorporates somatic techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and a variety of other modalities to ensure a holistic and individualized experience for each client.
