MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program in Uniontown, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through personalized weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and has access to a variety of tailored treatment options that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer supportive resources including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer to manage their weight independently. Additionally, for Veterans facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery options.
