Women, Infants, and Children (WIC)

Located in Uniontown, PA, the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) Supplemental Food Program is dedicated to fostering healthy eating habits among low-income pregnant, postpartum, and breastfeeding women, as well as infants and children up to five years old. Our mission is to provide essential support through comprehensive nutrition and health education, tailored assessments, and access to EBT benefits for nutritious food purchases. Participants also receive valuable farmers market vouchers for fresh, locally sourced fruits and vegetables, along with expert breastfeeding counseling and formula assistance for those who are not breastfeeding. At WIC, we are committed to ensuring that families receive the resources they need for healthy growth and development during these crucial early years.
