Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing high-quality Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to residents in Uniontown, PA, ensuring that those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services, and the Older Americans Act can access nutritious food that meets their specific health needs. Our meals, crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various medical conditions, promoting overall health and well-being. We are proud to offer meal options that are free from common allergens, including dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those on Medicaid and Older Americans Act programs, meal delivery eligibility varies, and we encourage beneficiaries to consult their Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for guidance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can check their plan materials to see if meal delivery support is available as part of their benefits. Additionally, we welcome individuals who do not qualify for government assistance through our self-pay program, where each meal is chosen with care for just $7.75, plus a shipping fee.
