The Community Outreach Program is dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Uniontown, PA, by delivering essential food assistance directly to rural food deserts through our innovative Truck to Trunk model. We prioritize convenience and adhere to the highest standards of food safety, partnering with local organizations to provide a diverse selection of fresh and nutritious produce that not only fills stomachs but nourishes bodies. Each week, we rotate our distribution sites to reach different remote communities, ensuring no one is left behind. Beyond distributing emergency food, we strive to connect individuals with other valuable resources and support services available through Food Helpers and local partners, catering to their unique needs and circumstances. Together, we are working to create a stronger, healthier community.
