Through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals programs, we serve individuals eligible for Medicare Advantage or Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, as well as those seeking a self-pay option. Our meals, developed by a Registered Dietitian, not only support general health and well-being but also cater to numerous medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We understand the importance of dietary restrictions, which is why our offerings are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. Beneficiaries can confirm their eligibility for meal delivery through their Case Managers or local Area Agencies on Aging. For those not covered, our self-pay program allows clients to choose every meal for just $7.75 each, ensuring accessibility to wholesome food. In addition to meal delivery, we also provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling services, which may be covered depending on individual health plans.
