MANNA (Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals with serious illnesses in Southampton, PA, through targeted food assistance. We provide medically tailored meals and comprehensive nutrition education designed to support recovery and improve quality of life. Our service includes home delivery of 21 nutritious meals per week, specifically crafted to meet each client’s unique medical needs, including conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, renal failure, and diabetes. Our registered dietitians, who are licensed and part of the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetics, offer both individual and group nutrition counseling to empower our clients in making informed food choices. At MANNA, we believe food is medicine; thus, our meals are heart-healthy, high in protein, and prepared with love by our chefs and volunteers using the highest quality ingredients. We are committed to removing barriers by not imposing age or income restrictions, and we also provide services for dependent children and senior dependents of our clients. To access our meal program, clients can apply through a medical professional or by completing a referral form. With a focus on nourishing those in need, MANNA strives to make every meal matter in the journey toward health and healing.
