ElderShare serves the Shippensburg community by providing essential food assistance to seniors aged 60 and older who face financial challenges. Through our dedicated program, we deliver a monthly box filled with nutritious foods designed to meet basic dietary needs, ensuring that seniors have access to vital sustenance. Our services complement existing food resources, allowing our participants to receive support beyond what they may already be accessing, with the exception of the USDA's Commodity Supplemental Food Program. To take advantage of this vital assistance, seniors simply need to complete a registration form at one of our partner agencies where the food boxes are distributed. We are committed to uplifting the senior population in Central Pennsylvania, ensuring that no one faces hunger alone in their golden years.
