Food Pantry

The North East Food Pantry in Scranton, PA, is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to families and individuals facing hunger. We welcome everyone in need, including low-income families, single parents, senior citizens, unemployed individuals, disabled veterans, and the working poor, without regard to race, color, or religion. Our pantry strives to ensure that those who seek help receive the nourishment they require, with the amount of food provided tailored to household size. Clients can access our emergency food services based on their last names, with designated visiting days on the first and third Saturdays for those with last names A through L, and the second and fourth Saturdays for those with last names M through Z. We are here to support our community and alleviate food insecurity with compassion and care.
