Located in Royersford, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to providing Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals to eligible individuals, including those covered by Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our program offers meals specifically designed by Registered Dietitians to support the health and well-being of our clients, addressing 36 medical conditions including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. We take pride in our dedication to dietary needs, providing meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those receiving Medicaid or Older Americans Act benefits, meal eligibility varies by state and program; check with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries may have meal options available through their post-discharge support programs, and we also welcome self-pay clients who desire home-delivered meals at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. In addition to meal delivery, N4L offers Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further enhance your health journey, ensuring you receive the care and support you need.
