Located in Reading, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance specifically designed for individuals with dysphagia. Our mission is to support low-income individuals by offering a range of resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. By addressing the unique needs of those with swallowing difficulties, we aim to ensure that everyone has access to safe, nutritious food and the support necessary to enhance their quality of life.
