Care & Help - Meal Program

Located in Quakertown, PA, Care & Help - Meal Program is dedicated to providing nourishing, home-delivered meals to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those facing health challenges who qualify for Medicaid Waiver programs. Our warm and reliable service ensures that meals are delivered year-round via temperature-controlled vans, starting within five business days of enrollment. Each participant receives a welcome packet with helpful information and menu options with their first meal delivery. While we strive to offer the highest quality meals, please note that substitutions may occur due to product availability, especially during the ongoing challenges presented by Covid-19. At Care & Help, we are committed to ensuring that our community members receive the nutrition they need with compassion and care.
