Home Delivered Meals provides vital food assistance to home-bound individuals in Pottstown, PA, through the Eastern Montgomery Meals on Wheels program. Our mission is to ensure that everyone has access to nutritious meals, delivering two meals daily, one hot and one cold, to those in need. We accept clients based on recommendations from healthcare professionals, social service agencies, and nurses, building strong partnerships to support our community. Meals are sourced from Abington Memorial Hospital and Holy Redeemer Hospital, and importantly, we offer our services regardless of the client's ability to pay, emphasizing our commitment to care and accessibility.
