Cancer Transitions

Cancer Transitions, located in Pittston, PA, is dedicated to empowering cancer survivors who have recently completed their treatment. Designed for individuals who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, our program also extends valuable resources to those further along in their survivorship journey. We focus on providing essential support that includes nutritional guidance, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management resources, all aimed at helping survivors navigate the challenges of recovery and lead fulfilling lives.
