Home Delivered Meals

Located in Pittston, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to improving health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals program, providing nutritious and medically tailored meals to those eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports, and the Older Americans Act. Our meals, designed by a Registered Dietitian, cater to various dietary needs and are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to support clients with specific medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. For individuals or their caregivers seeking home-delivered meals, we offer a self-pay option at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal. If you're unsure about your eligibility for our services, we encourage you to connect with your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to enhance our clients' health journey.
