Maya Nicole, MSW, specializes in guiding adults through their emotional and relational challenges. She is passionate about helping individuals recognize and break free from painful cycles that affect their emotional wellbeing and relationships. Her approach is rooted in understanding the origins of these patterns and fostering self-acceptance for parts of oneself that may feel unlovable. Maya leads clients on a journey to explore how early life experiences shape their current perspectives, using compassionate methods which include somatic work, shadow work, and inner child work. Through this process, she empowers her clients to heal and rewire thought and behavioral patterns from the root, ultimately leading them to greater authenticity, fulfillment, and joy. With multiple certifications in alternative healing practices, including training from the Katukina tribe of the Brazilian Amazon, and expertise in various modalities such as Energy Psychology and Emotionally Focused Therapy, Maya offers a distinctly intuitive approach to healing. She creates a serene virtual space for individuals, couples, and families to express their emotions and find alignment within themselves. Maya’s mission is to forge deep connections with her clients and accompany them on their healing journeys, reminding them that they do not have to face their pain alone.
