Frank Bienkowski is a dedicated licensed professional counselor (MSED, LPC) whose practice is symbolized by the butterfly, representing liberation and transformation. With a passion for working with individuals and families, he helps clients transcend their historic personal and interpersonal limitations to embrace a more fulfilling life experience. Frank believes that within every person lies the capacity to heal and flourish. His mission is to guide clients toward their inner resources, facilitating the emergence of new insights about themselves and their relationships with the world. With specialized expertise in treating addictions and related family issues, Frank's perspective is informed not only by the addiction model but also by a diverse clientele, leading him to appreciate the unique journeys of those he serves. Having completed a two-year Gestalt Training for Professionals program, he values the significance of the therapeutic relationship in the here and now. Furthermore, Frank is trained in Brainspotting, a powerful approach to processing both single-event and chronic trauma experiences, allowing him to provide a comprehensive and empathetic approach to healing.
