Courtney Titus is a licensed professional counselor with a Master’s in Education, bringing a wealth of experience to her practice. She understands that many individuals may recognize the need for change amidst specific symptoms or various internal or external stressors but may feel uncertain about how to take the next steps. By helping clients acknowledge their inner strengths and resources, Courtney fosters the development of personal and new goals throughout the therapeutic journey. Emphasizing a strong therapeutic relationship, she promotes comfort and openness, facilitating self-exploration and growth. As a member of Allegheny Mental Health Associates, Courtney works with children, adolescents, young adults, and adults, specializing in a range of clinical interests, including anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, substance use and addiction, ODD and conduct disorders, anger management, trauma, adjustment disorders, attachment issues, and grief. Courtney aims to create a warm, relaxed environment that supports clients in developing the skills necessary for transformative change. Together, they examine the thoughts, feelings, and actions tied to patterns of distress, embarking on a collaborative process of discovery that empowers change from within.
