Home Delivered Meals (HDM)

Home Delivered Meals (HDM) is dedicated to nourishing older adults in Pittsburgh, PA, through our state and federally funded Meals on Wheels program. We provide healthy meals that fulfill one-third of an older adult's daily nutritional requirements, delivered with care by our trusted staff. Each delivery not only ensures a nutritious meal but also includes vital wellness checks to support the health and safety of our clients.
