Consumer Satisfaction Team

The Consumer Satisfaction Team, Inc. (CST) is a pioneering non-profit organization based in Philadelphia, dedicated to amplifying the voices of individuals and families affected by mental illness and substance use disorders. Staffed entirely by individuals in recovery and family members, CST collaborates with the Philadelphia Department of Behavioral Health and Intellectual DisAbilities (DBHIDS) to gather feedback on publicly funded behavioral health services. Since its founding in 1990, CST has been instrumental in ensuring that community members' needs and preferences shape the design and delivery of these essential services.
