In-Home Support Program

In-Home Support Program, part of Center in the Park (CIP), is dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for older adults in Philadelphia, PA. At CIP, we have transitioned from a traditional senior center to a leading wellness center, emphasizing holistic well-being. Our In Home Support Program offers vital resources such as information and referrals to essential aging services, temporary supportive services including adult day care for up to four weeks, incontinence supplies, nutritional supplements, and personal care services. We also provide one-time assistance for critical needs like dentures, glasses, hearing aids, and minor home repairs. We invite older adults and their families in Germantown and surrounding neighborhoods to connect with us for compassionate support and practical solutions to improve their lives.
