Located in Perkasie, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and support to individuals with dysphagia and their families. We focus on ensuring that those in need have access to life-enhancing resources, including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment. Our mission is to enrich the lives of low-income individuals facing this swallowing disorder, empowering them by offering the necessary tools and nourishment for a healthier, more fulfilling life.
