Located in North Wales, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of eligible clients through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals services. We focus on providing nutritious meals specifically designed by a Registered Dietitian to address a variety of medical needs, including Chronic Kidney Disease, End Stage Renal Disease, and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are carefully crafted to be free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, ensuring dietary restrictions are met with compassion and care. N4L serves individuals eligible under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports programs, or the Older Americans Act, while also offering an affordable self-pay option for those without insurance. For those interested in our meal delivery service, eligibility varies by program, and we recommend checking with your Case Manager, Medicaid provider, or local Area Agency on Aging. Each meal is priced at just $7.75, and you’ll have the freedom to choose every meal and delivery to suit your preferences. Additionally, we provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to further support your health journey.
