Our innovative LIFE St. Mary program offers comprehensive support designed to meet the diverse needs of older adults. Participants benefit from a wide range of essential services, including adult day health programs, primary and specialty medical care, nursing assistance, and in-home support such as light housekeeping and meal preparation. We also provide therapeutic services like occupational, physical, and speech therapy, alongside social work, mental health care, and nutritional counseling. With transportation options and caregiver support, our mission is to ensure that older adults receive compassionate care to thrive in their daily lives. For those who qualify for Medicare and Medicaid, our services come at no out-of-pocket cost.
