Open Your Heart to a Senior

Open Your Heart to a Senior, part of Wesley Family Services, is dedicated to enhancing the lives of older adults in New Kensington, PA, and Westmoreland County through an array of compassionate, volunteer-driven services. Our mission focuses on maximizing the independence of seniors by providing essential support such as assistance with grocery shopping and emergency food delivery from local food pantries, home safety checks, and transportation to medical appointments. We also offer friendly visits, caregiver relief, and telephone reassurance to ensure that our seniors feel connected and valued. We invite those in need to reach out and discover how our program can make a positive difference in their lives.
