Located in Nazareth, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing health through our Home Delivered Meals program, which provides nutritious, medically tailored meals to eligible clients covered by Medicare Advantage, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), and the Older Americans Act. Our meals are thoughtfully planned by a Registered Dietitian to meet the specific nutrient needs for general health and address various medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We ensure our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork to cater to dietary restrictions. N4L extends its services to self-pay individuals, offering customizable meal options for just $7.75 per meal, ensuring access to convenient nutrition at an affordable price.
