Delivered Meals is dedicated to serving the most vulnerable members of the Nazareth, PA community by providing essential food assistance through our Meals on Wheels program. We deliver nutritious, home-cooked meals directly to homebound seniors and adults with disabilities, fostering a sense of care and respect for those we serve. Our meals are meticulously crafted by a registered dietitian, ensuring they meet the dietary guidelines for older adults, including low-fat, low-sodium, and low-cholesterol options. Each meal is part of a five-week rotating menu designed to accommodate various medical needs, such as diabetes and kidney disease, while our 'Chef Packs' offer convenient frozen meals for those recovering or seeking healthy options at home. Our service also includes daily wellness checks to ensure the ongoing well-being of our clients. For those facing financial challenges, we offer a sliding-fee scale and accept SNAP benefits to make our services accessible. Though grocery shopping services are currently limited, we remain committed to delivering compassionate food assistance to our community, one meal at a time.
