Wellness Services, located in Monroeville, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans by offering personalized support that complements the housing, employment, and other vital services provided through VLP. Recognizing that each individual's journey to wellness is unique, our devoted team works closely with Veterans to develop tailored plans that encompass stress management, mindfulness and meditation practices, health coaching, nutritional guidance, personal training, meal planning, and enrichment activities.
