Health and Wellness Services - Project HEALTH

Located in Media, PA, Project HEALTH, developed by Horizon House, is dedicated to ensuring that individuals have access to essential health services and the support necessary to make informed lifestyle decisions. We prioritize health and wellness through a variety of offerings, including a wellness room, peer support, and guidance in navigating the healthcare system. Our programs feature both group and individual sessions, along with nutritional counseling and tobacco recovery assistance, as well as opportunities for exercise and fitness. We are committed to empowering our community by accepting Medicare and Medicaid, providing a welcoming environment where everyone can pursue their health goals.
