Our mission is to provide medically tailored meals that nourish and support recovery, alongside comprehensive nutrition counseling. We offer wholesome, healthy, and delicious home-delivered meals specifically crafted to meet individual medical needs, with 21 meals provided each week. Our services extend to those at acute nutritional risk, including individuals battling conditions such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, heart disease, renal failure, and diabetes. We believe in the medicinal power of food, which is why all our meals are heart-healthy, high in protein, and thoughtfully prepared by skilled chefs and dedicated volunteers using the finest ingredients. With no age or income restrictions, our eligibility criteria are strictly based on medical and nutritional needs. Clients can easily apply through a medical professional referral, allowing us to continue impacting lives positively through proper nutrition and meal support.
