Elizabeth Ventura

Dr. Elizabeth Ventura is a licensed professional counselor with a PhD and a passion for helping individuals across all ages, from toddlers to adults. As the owner of Associates in Counseling & Wellness, LLC, she brings extensive experience in treating a diverse range of mental health and developmental conditions, including addiction, eating disorders, trauma, self-esteem, and mood disorders. Dr. Ventura is well-trained in both cognitive behavioral therapy and dialectical behavioral therapy, yet she embraces an eclectic approach tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. She believes in the inherent strength within every individual and uses therapy as a means to foster a holistic inner experience. Having received clinical training at prestigious institutions such as the Cleveland Clinic and Western Psychiatric, Dr. Ventura is also a full-time faculty member at Waynesburg University's Graduate School. Her dedication to the field is evident through her presentations at national conferences and her published works on trauma, including a diagnostic casebook currently in progress with Springer Publishing. Her practice is committed to integrating diverse therapeutic orientations by collaborating with a team of specialized therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
