Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) in McKeesport, PA, is dedicated to fostering healthy food habits among low-income pregnant and postpartum women, as well as infants and children up to five years of age. We provide essential services that include individualized nutrition education, supplemental nutritious foods, and breastfeeding support to ensure the well-being of those we serve. Our program also offers referrals to healthcare and community resources, as well as immunization screenings, empowering families to thrive. With our new eWIC EBT cards, participants can conveniently access essential items like infant formula, milk, eggs, cheese, cereal, and juices at local grocery stores, reinforcing our commitment to health and nutrition in the community.
