Our service is tailored for clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, and those accessing the Older Americans Act. We offer meals meticulously crafted by Registered Dietitians to ensure alignment with the nutritional needs for over 36 medical conditions, including Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. Our meals are thoughtfully prepared to avoid dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork, promoting health and well-being. We provide a convenient self-pay option at $7.75 per meal for those not covered by insurance or seeking private assistance. To determine eligibility for our Home Delivered Meals, we encourage individuals to consult with their Case Managers, Medicaid providers, or local Area Agencies on Aging.
