Health and Wellness Coaching

Located in Lititz, PA, Stand Beside Them is dedicated to enhancing the lives of veterans through compassionate Health and Wellness Coaching. Our experienced coaches adopt a solution-driven and nonjudgmental approach, addressing both the external and internal challenges faced by those who have served. We empower our clients with individual coaching tailored to their unique needs, focusing on vital topics such as nutrition and weight loss, stress management, grief, ADHD, work-family balance, physical fitness, and spiritual life. To ensure accessibility, our coaches are also available for sessions via Skype or telephone, providing support where it’s needed most.
