Open Your Heart to a Senior, a dedicated program under Wesley Family Services located in Latrobe, PA, is committed to enhancing the independence of older adults throughout Westmoreland County. Our mission revolves around providing vital volunteer-based practical and social support, including assistance with grocery shopping and emergency food pantry deliveries, home safety checks to ensure secure living environments, and transportation services for medical appointments.
