Senior Boxes

Senior Boxes provides essential food assistance to low-income seniors aged 60 and older in Lansdowne, PA, ensuring that those in need have access to nutritious emergency food supplies. This program targets Delaware County residents who do not currently receive a Senior Box from other sources. To register for our food boxes, seniors must visit our office with the necessary documentation during registration hours on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. Food boxes are available for pickup during the second full week of each month, specifically on the second Tuesday, from 12:00 P.M. to 1:45 P.M. Seniors are encouraged to collect their boxes in person, though they may designate a Proxy to pick up their boxes if they are unable to do so. In cases of illness or unforeseen circumstances requiring a Proxy, both parties must complete a simple form at the Pantry Office prior to pickup. We are dedicated to supporting our senior community with care and respect, ensuring that every eligible individual has the food they need for a healthier life.
