At Nutrition for Longevity (N4L), located in Langhorne, PA, we are dedicated to enhancing health and well-being through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals for eligible clients. Our meal programs cater specifically to those covered under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) programs, or the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals seeking a self-pay option. Each meal is carefully crafted by a Registered Dietitian to ensure it meets the nutritional requirements for a range of medical conditions, such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. We prioritize dietary restrictions, offering meals that are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. If you're a Medicaid or Older American Act recipient, eligibility for meal delivery may be determined by your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging. For Medicare Advantage beneficiaries, it’s important to verify if your plan includes meal services. For those not covered, our self-pay option provides the convenience of choosing your meals for just $7.75 each.
