Care & Help - Meal Program, located in Langhorne, PA, is dedicated to providing nutritious, home-delivered meals to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and those in poor health who qualify for Medicaid Waiver programs. Our mission is to ensure that those in need receive great-tasting, healthy meals delivered directly to their homes all year round with care and compassion. We utilize temperature-controlled vans for safe deliveries, and once enrolled, meals will start arriving within five business days of referral. Each delivery comes with a welcome packet, including our menus and enrollment information. While we aim to provide consistent meal options, please note that substitutions may occur due to COVID-19-related supply challenges. We are here to support your nutritional needs and improve your quality of life.
