Located in Lancaster, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to ensuring that individuals with dysphagia have access to essential dietary resources and supportive tools. Our mission is to provide food assistance tailored specifically for those in need, offering specialized food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
