Heather Gregan

Heather Gregan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, CADC) who specializes in treating adolescents and women's trauma. With over twelve years of experience in mental health and addictions, she is adept at working with both adolescents and adults in a variety of settings, including outpatient and residential programs. Heather is skilled in addressing complex issues and is dedicated to helping individuals and families in crisis. She engages with her clients through a holistic approach, either in the office or in their home environments, focusing on core issues that block health, success, and happiness. Her clients often present with a range of challenges, including anxiety, anger, depression, emotion dysregulation, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, substance use, and other compulsive behaviors.
