Wellness Services

Wellness Services, located in Irwin, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the well-being of Veterans through a range of personalized support programs that complement VLP’s housing, employment, and supportive services. Recognizing that each journey to wellness is unique, our caring team works closely with Veterans to develop individualized plans that include stress management, mindfulness and meditation practices, health coaching, nutritional guidance, personal training, and meal planning. We offer enrichment activities that foster a holistic approach to health, empowering Veterans to navigate their paths to improved well-being with confidence and support.
