Located in Hazleton, PA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to empowering low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential food assistance tailored to their unique dietary needs. Our mission is to ensure access to vital supplies such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment, helping those we serve lead healthier, more fulfilling lives.
