Home Delivered Meals, a program of Senior Community Services in Havertown, PA, is dedicated to combating food insecurity for frail elderly residents of Delaware County by providing healthy, nutritious meals right to their doors. Our mission is to ensure that seniors have access to essential nutritional support, preventing malnutrition and allowing them to maintain their independence at home. We serve seniors who qualify for the OPTIONS program or are part of the state Medicaid Waiver program, delivering meals that contribute to overall well-being and quality of life.
