ElderShare

ElderShare, part of the Central Pennsylvania Food Bank, is dedicated to supporting seniors aged 60 and older in Harrisburg, PA, by providing essential food assistance through a monthly food box program. Designed for older adults whose household income meets specific guidelines, ElderShare ensures that nutritional needs are met, contributing to the overall well-being of our senior community. This program is an excellent supplement for those who may also receive other forms of food assistance, while not being available to current recipients of the USDA's Commodity Supplemental Food Program. To benefit from ElderShare, seniors must complete a registration form at one of our partnering agencies, where they can sign up and start receiving this critical support.
