Home Delivered Meals

Based in Greensburg, PA, Nutrition for Longevity (N4L) is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of individuals through our Home Delivered Meals and Medically Tailored Meals program. We cater to eligible clients under Medicare Advantage plans, Medicaid Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS), or the Older Americans Act, as well as individuals looking for a convenient self-pay option. Our meals, thoughtfully crafted by a Registered Dietitian, cater to specific nutritional needs for various health conditions such as Chronic Kidney Disease and Congestive Heart Failure. With a focus on dietary restrictions, our meals are free from dairy, peanuts, gluten, and pork. For those eligible through Medicaid or the Older Americans Act, please consult your Case Manager or local Area Agency on Aging for assistance with meal delivery eligibility. Medicare Advantage beneficiaries can find if meal services are included in their plans by checking with their insurance provider. Additionally, we offer a self-pay program at an affordable rate of $7.75 per meal, allowing clients to choose their meals and delivery. N4L also provides Medical Nutrition Therapy and Nutrition Counseling to support our clients in their health journey, ensuring every meal contributes to long-lasting wellness.
