At Meals on Wheels in Glenside, PA, we are dedicated to delivering nutritious meals to homebound individuals, enabling them to maintain their independence and quality of life. Our program provides hot meals for lunch and optional cold meals for dinner, prepared by a professional catering service with guidance from a registered dietitian. Each meal is crafted to meet one-third of the recommended dietary allowances for seniors, ensuring that those who are 60 years and older, as well as individuals with limited mobility, receive essential nutrition tailored to their needs. We proudly serve the Upper Perkiomen Valley, with community volunteers delivering meals Monday through Friday, offering not only nourishment but also a friendly check-in on our recipients' well-being.
