Located in Feasterville Trevose, PA, the Pennsylvania Department of Aging's Health & Wellness Programs are dedicated to fostering healthier lifestyles for older adults. Our mission is to dispel the misconception that aging inevitably leads to functional decline, empowering seniors with vital information and resources to promote aging positively. Through our comprehensive health education, we assist older adults in effectively managing chronic conditions such as diabetes and arthritis, as well as making informed choices about nutrition, exercise, mental health, and medication management. We also prioritize injury and disease prevention along with addressing substance use disorders, ensuring that our community can thrive well into their later years.
