Located in Feasterville Trevose, PA, the Family Practice and Counseling Network is devoted to empowering individuals with diabetes through personalized education and support. Our diabetes education program encompasses both one-on-one and small group sessions led by certified diabetes educators. We focus on equipping patients with essential skills for managing their health by addressing individualized needs such as blood sugar monitoring, meal planning, and exercise.
