MOVE! Weight Management Program

MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Erie, PA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity and provided with tailored weight management options that cater to their unique preferences and needs. We offer a range of supportive services, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program designed for convenient in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management, as well as access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those needing further assistance.
