Outreach Utility Assistance Program

Based in Ephrata, PA, the Outreach Utility Assistance Program is dedicated to supporting individuals and families experiencing financial difficulties by offering emergency assistance for utility payments. Our mission is to empower clients by providing practical help with utility bills through partnerships with UGI and PPL utility companies, enabling customers to manage and reduce their utility debt effectively. In addition to direct assistance, we facilitate referrals to other vital community resources, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support.
